We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as an Administration Officer.
The Administration Officer role is responsible for reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors and generally being the first point of contact for the company. In addition, this role is responsible for making sure the business continues to run efficiently in terms of stationary supplies, office amenities, housekeeping, as well as daily mail and banking. The Administration Officer will also be cross-skilled in both Temporary and Permanent trading operations to provide support in those departments.

- Sound Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Reception duties
- Facilitating the administration of all aspects of temporary or allocation trading, including water transfer lodgements & liaison with regulatory authorities
- Administrative support for business operational activities
- Marketing support
- Mail and banking responsibilities
- Ad hoc duties as required
